How to stop judging others

Do you feel guilty judging others? How many times have you judged someone today? Each time you do so, you hurt yourself. Gary Zukav says: “The deep cause to the judgment of others is inferiority”
Today, Gary Zukav will tell us how to stop judging others, and how to make our life more fun! In addition we will meet two women who feel that the habit of judging others adversely affected their lives. Gary goes to the core of the problem

Tired by judgmental attitude
Lauren describes herself as one who has compassion and generosity, but she found herself less tolerant and comment on other people every day. She said: “I see stupid people when they must think thoroughly to do things as they should be done”. Lauren felt hurt by bad feeling, and she was even feel the pain physically.

Kendra considered herself as a perfectionist, with high demands on herself and on others.
Kendra felt herself as the type to the global, high demands on herself and on others. “I set high standards for herself that sometimes I require all the others as well,” She said. Kendra always judge relatives people harshly, leading to tension in the relationship between her and relatives people. Kendra realizes that when she judges someone, it’s hurting her, and she wants to change.

Gary said that…
We judge others because we see world the way we want to see it – not looking at the true nature of it. When you judge others, your body is affected and may cause your pain. She said, you criticize others because you feel inferior to them. Instead of feeling and sharing your feelings with others, it feels easier to judge others.
The moment you judge others is when you are feeling helpless. Gary said that most of people instead of taking the time
Following Gary, when you judge, you want to changes in others, and in return you are trying to make more powerful with them.

To stop judging others, Gary says that you should review your feeling instead of showing them off. Gary explains that you executes some of your tasks and understand yourself. You have to reach deep inside yourself. When you have found the root of what makes you feel hurt, you have to heal it. Otherwise, it will still recur.
One other effective way to fight back with judgment routine towards others is by putting yourself in their position. When you begin to see things with their eyes, your perceptions will change with everything. When you do this more often, you will actually find yourself becoming stronger, which is the key to making life more comfortable, according to Gary.

Gary explained that you should find and termination that is not mandatory. However, if you do not stop, you will continue to cause the same effect on your life. Judging others does not bring you joy in life. It brings pain and prevents you from bestowing gifts which you were born to do. Gary says that if you decide to modify your judgment habits, your life will be more rewarding, bring more results and make you stronger.
